This precious little valance is created using natural jute burlap and a 💯 classic cotton canvas slub.

The burlap has that burlap smell but over time dissipates.
Burlap is perfectly imperfect there may be nubs and a random color threads running through them as well as slight variance in color adding to the natural imperfections.

***ANY VALANCE OVER 52" WIDE WILL HAVE A SEAM SOMEWHERE IN THE PATTERNED FABRIC ONLY, WE SEAM MATCH SO IT HELPS HIDE IT
***PLEASE SELECT THE LINED VERSION IF YOU HAVE EXTREME SUN, OR A WINDOW OVER 52" THAT WILL HAVE A SEAM, WITH SUN YOU MAY SEE THE SEAM LINES.
FEATURES
*valance can hang flat using the standard 2" rod pocket as shown in listing photos (if hanging this way: measure width of your window including any trim and add 2-4 inches for slight overhang. example...window width measures 36" from molding to molding 36" + 2"-4" for overhang= finished width)
*valance can also be hung using rings as shown in listing photos (when using rings a nice slight wave looks good. Measure the width of your window and add 10-12 inches for slight wave. example...window measures 36" molding to molding 36" + 1-"-12" = finished width) NOTE: hanging from rings gives you more length.
